Swim lessons are only available to clients who have access to a private pool at their home or community. We DO NOT provide pool access.

Lesson times are provided in a range to accommodate travel and setup between appointments. Once booked, we will confirm your exact lesson time.
3. Confirm your booking
Review your lesson details and confirm your selection. I will reach out via text to confirm the booking details and, if necessary, adjust the lesson time to best accommodate both of our schedules. Payments are due via Zelle at the end of each lesson.
4. Get ready to swim!

Classes
Mommy and Me
Ages 6 mos. to 1 yr. w/Adult: Adults and instructors work together to develop the infant’s comfort level in the water through song and play. Adults and swimmers will learn water adjustment & essential skills. Adults will also learn basic safety practices for working with infant and toddler-age swimmers in and around water.
Guppies
Ages 2 yrs - 4 yrs.: Offers swimmers the first opportunity of navigating the water without a parent
Swimmers will learn:
Water safety skills
Rhythmic breathing with support
Supported and unsupported float on back and front
Supported and unsupported kicking
Supported and unsupported float on the front
Fully submerge face for 3 seconds & Orientation to deep water with support
Minnows
Ages: 5 yrs - 15 yrs.: Gives swimmers success with fundamental skills.
Swimmers will learn:
To retrieve objects under water
Water safety skills
Rhythmic breathing
Unsupported float on back and front
Deep water orientation
Combined stroke with no support on back using kick and alternating arm action
Combined stroke with no support on front using kicks.
Sharks
Ages 16+: You are never too old to learn a new skill! Swimmers will learn the same valuable skills as all other levels.
Swordfish
Any Age: Swimmers will focus on Stroke Development and building endurance with strokes learned in Minnows. Breaststroke and butterfly are learned.
Swimmers will learn:
Water safety skills
Coordinate freestyle with side breathing
Breaststroke
Butterfly
Sculling and finning on back 10 yards,
Deepwater bobs
Dives from the side of the pool,
Flipturns
